| ADEQ is seeking stakeholder input from across the state on a draft implementation rule, draft implementation plan, and initial permit amendment timeline for the Aquifer Water Quality Standards(AWQS) Rulemaking. This rulemaking includes the prospective establishment or adjustment of seven standards: arsenic, bromate, chlorite, microbiological contaminants, haloacetic acids, total trihalomethanes, and uranium.
